Before Poland become a member of European Union, most of the people haven’t have a chance to travel by plane, because prices of a tickets were to big. Nowadays we have cheap airline carriers available, so plane is one of the most popular mode of transportation. But there are several options to pay even less for our future flight.
Choose the best date
Airline carriers better like to reduce the price of a ticket than to leave it empty. That is why less popular flights are a lot cheaper than others, even to the same destinations. For example if you like to go to the Los Angeles, tickets for the dates from May till September will be even two times more expensive than in other, a lot colder months. The same is with Christmas or Easter, in case of UK, Netherlands or Norway. Those countries are inhabited by thousands of Poles, who like to visit Poland during the Christmas, so flights are very popular.
When to book a flight?
When you like to travel by plane even cheaper remember to book your ticket as soon as possible. Cause after carriers are introducing new connections it price is very attractive, to temp potential passengers. This deal is valid for about two weeks, after that you will pay for the same ticket even two times more. Another option is to use last minute offer, available couple of days before the flight. It is the cheapest way to book a plane ticket, but you need to be very spontaneous to appreciate it.
What about the bag?
Small, airline companies in price of our ticket are offering also one small bag and one, medium size valise. Each of those bags need to be kept on board, so no prohibited item shouldn’t be packed inside of it. For example if you like to take some liquid cosmetics with you, you have to pour each product into small, plastic bottle, smaller than 100 ml. You can take with you on board 1 liter of liquids top. Also remember that any objects with sharp edges, like knifes or scissors aren’t welcome on board.
Another information
If you like to spend even less money for your trip you have to remember about transfer from the airport. Cheaper carriers are landing in the smaller, situated further from the city center. For example to get from the Beauvais airfield to the center of Paris you need to take a bus that will cost you 15 Euro! It is big amount, but you can avoid that. If you are travelling with another 3 people it will be a lot cheaper for you to lent a car on the airport, it is convenient and easy to get to the Paris.
